Initial phone consultations are free.
When we travel to your site for a scheduled visit, the first hour (or partial hour) is $60. After the first hour, service is charged at $60/hour in 1/4 hour increments.
Remote support is $60 per hour however, the minimum charge is $15, and charged time is prorated every 15 minutes.
For work done at our site (you bring your computer to us), we charge $45/hour.
After hours and weekend emergency / unscheduled service is charged at $75/hour.
